Sure. Kill a stripper. It's Vegas, they're used to it!
Also if you have the PC version there's always the console.

I really don't know whether killing a dancer or hoker gives you their outfits, since there are two versions of those, of which only one is playable.
The additem codes though are 120854 and 120855, if you're on the PC.

I'm on xbox, when joanna was in her sixy sleep wear, i wasnt able to pick pocket the stripper outfit,, so i was wondering if maybe it wasn't able to be had.

If you have a high sneak and a silenced sniper you can pick off the Dancers outside the Gomorrah for their 3 different outfits (prosttute, Chained prosttute, and Exposed prosttute.)

Save beforehand. There is a good chance the Securitrons will see you do this, as they always react to a dead body, and you will need about a minute or 2 of being hidden between each kill for them to settle down and stop patrolling and become un-hostile again.

You can do the same with a Silenced pistol inside in the Brimstone, though you'll have to find a good spot to shoot from.
