Blast them with a fire destruction at low levels. Huger levels fire enchanted sword.

I killed a giant at lvl 8... it's not really hard, but it takes some time, all you need to do is get a bow ( i had the hunting bow) and lots of arrows, then just fire at him, when he charges pass by him and let him smash is weapon to the ground while you sprint to the other side, also you can use the scenery to your advantage.

Frost Trolls are easy.

Spoiler
Fire is yer answer. Let it be magic, or enchantment.

I do agree that Dragon Priests are a tough nut to crack. They can take so darn much damage.

So far in my experience (level 42) the strongest i have met so far is the dragons/giants/mammoths/master vampire and some dwarwen machines but nothing really seem to be hard to kill anymore, ill jsut send out my Demora and send some arrows and the target is dead, Daedric armor at legendary just makes skyrim easy o_o

Giants are not hard if you can get them stuck somewhere or if you can keep running away while shooting them... Frost trolls are easy too. The hardest enemy i've faced so far was some bandit leader whose name i can't remember, he hit me harder than a dragon with his steel battleaxe (2 hits and i was dead), he had a lot of health and there wasn't really anything i could use to my advantage. I mean it's obvious that some random bandit leader is more dangerous than dragons, giants etc. that's just realistic and that's what bethesda was looking for when they programmed this game.

Well this is kinda why i brought up the question because the dmg and health system in skyrim seems unbalanced, i can kill a dragon with taking maybe 10% dmg on my health points but then a vampire or as you said a random bandit leader can bring down 80% of my health even with my daedric+80 armor from spell defence it really doesn't make any sense.
