Hey, just wondering what I've done wrong to be stuck in the BoS Bunker after playing dead money?

I played dead money without installing the new patch and after completing dead money I'm now stuck in the bunker since I'm required to have a key to get out.

I installed the new patch while I was in the BoS Bunker but this didn't help.

I finished dead money by stealing the gold from the vault and killing elijah.

Any help on how to resolve this problem is much appreciated!

Alright i figured out how to get out of the BoS Bunker after completing Dead Money.

Step 1 - Delete latest patch (UPDATE)
Step 2 - Clear System Cache
Step 3 - Go and load up the game but when a tab pops up which is loading up the DLC content make sure you are holding both bumpers and the "X" button while the game loads, this helped some loading/freezing issues.
Step 4 - Load up current save where your stuck in the Bunker, You should now be able to leave the Bunker and finally go back out to the wastes!
Step 5 - Save, then re-download latest patch/install to rid of glitches and your away!

Also for those that can't get into the BoS Bunker to play Dead Money you can also use these steps to enter and when you finish Dead Money do the same steps to get out!
