Stuck in Elder Knowledge (Not what other people have!) : V

Hey, so I am trying to complete the Elder Knowledge quest, but I have already completed the Transcerning the Mundane, as well as Dragonborn, so Septimus Signus was killed. When I read the Ruminations of the Elder scrolls, I don't get my quest updated or anything. I am totally stuck at the moment.

My Current quest objective is to talk to urag in the college of winterhold (which i already beat the questline for, btw)

Did you sell the Elder scroll (Dragon) to Urag? if yes then you'll need to buy it back.

in Blackreach called Elder Scrolls (dragon) and that is the one you need. you might have sold it to urag.

I THINK you might be able to do the quest without actually starting it

go to the tower of mzulft in Blackreach (there are various entries to Blackreach in several dwemer ruins) you will be able to find the Elder scrolls (dragon) at the top of the tower.
