So I get my molecules scrambled & I made it to the institute. I do the network scan, get the task of meeting the patriot & hop in the elevator. (quest: Institutionalized) I hear the voice saying how he wants to meet me & all that. So I get the Underground Undercover task. I take the elevator down. We get to the bottom, I follow the path to the end & hop in that elevator. It goes up & I follow the path to see Sean in the glass encounter. Nothing happens. There is no synth like youtube video have shown. I can't take the elevator back up. So I am stuck.

I went back to my last save, (level 32, I am level 40 now) and replayed everything hoping it was a glitch & that would fix it. Nope. I got all the way back to this place & I am having the same exact issue. So I went and deleted all the files from 32+, in hoping maybe that would fix the issue. So now I am back to this same place & having the same problem for a 3rd time.

Please tell me I am not gonna have to replay it all over. If it's any consolidation, I am one of those poor souls who have that bug when I cannot complete the When Freedom Calls quest, even though Concord has been completely clear of anyone.

Help me. I am losing my mind over here.
