Just bought the game, stuck in jail with the guard dude telling me to stand by the window a million times. Fun jail game 10/10. Jokes, but seriously the quest won't start when i stand by the window for them to open the door to come in. There is this yellow game marker/glitch by the window. I've played this game before on the Xbox and this hasn't happened before. I'm playing on PC after downloading off steam.

EDIT: Also as you can tell, the background is blue because i copied and pasted this from steam discussion o.o

Yellow exclamation mark indicates a missing mesh. Validate the game cache through Steam.
