stuck on loading screen when going into places

good afternoon,
i had purchased fallout new vegas with all the DLC (yay steam deal) and had fun with it for 3 days. however, when after that i started having problems when going into places (freeside, ect). the loading screen would come up and the little dial would, but it would never load the area. every time i have had to get out of the game using task manager. i tried verifying files (or validating i cannot remember the name) it said that one file could not be validated. i then proceded to try to play again but to no avail, the same thing happend again. it becomes really annoying every time i try to go through a location it just stays at the loading screen.

i have tried almost every source i can, i have even emailed bethesda for some answers and they have yet to respond. i am getting irritated by how i am getting treated, i would hope for least one reply asking for more information but no one has seemed to care to ask. i am at my wits end, i keep crashing which stops me to get any farther in the game. i have tried validating the files again and again, the only progress i have made is that i now know that it is the installerscript file that is being continuosly replaced. i really like the game but so far it has given me nothing but headaches. if anyone who is reading this and could at least throw a suggestion please respond.

here is all that i tried:
1. validating game cache
2. uninstall and reinstall
3. delete installerscript file
4. validating again

turn off auto save....alot of problems with it.....might help....try windowed mode also....hope its not a corrupt save....if so you might have to go back to a save before the problem started
