So I made the Institute my enemy, have 2 missions that look like they merge into one another. The one mission where I have to give a holotape to Sturgis, but I guess somewhere along the road I gave that tape to Proctor Ingram. So when I make giving the tape to Sturgis my main priority, it sends me to Ingram, but she won't give it back to me. She always says "here you go" after a bit of other dialogue, but it never ends up on my person. Does this mean that I've gotten myself to a point that I cannot go any further. (This is my first Fallout game, so is that even possible that someone made a game that that can happen in?)

Really? Did you build the relay with the minutemen or the BOS? If you gave to the BOS then there's nothing you can do I think. The best way is to give to Stugis first then give to BOS, then you can the option of going down both paths.

Built the relay with the minutemen. Ingram has the tape and just won't give it back. Keeps repeating the same one liners. This is like a pretty tough decision lol I really do not want to come to the realization I have to completely start over.
