Hey everybody,

So I just started playing fallout 4 but I got stuck at this part where I need to do something with a workshop. I am at a parkinglot with a gas station. In the middle of the parkinglot there is water which is radioactive. When I come close I get radiation. Could anyone help me so I can continue playing? I love the game, but this really upsets me. Thanks!

It's the drive-in movie theater (forgot the name but there's only one of them). You can use the workshop to build a settlement there, but it's completely voluntary. Unless the Minute Men sent you there? Then it's the usual beds, water food, defense routine.

Also if you scrap the barrels in the puddle, the radioactivity disappears, and it's big enough to fit a water purifier.

Starlight Drive-In is the name of the settlement. But, yeah like the poster above me said, just scrap all the barrels and you're good to go

I was sent by Minute Men, I places a generator and a water pump. Also 3 beds and 2 turrets. What do I do next? I have no idea what do do

Check your quest log to see if something specific is required,

otherwise building a viable settlement may suffice.

You could be expected to build a radio beacon to attract some settlers... (?)

Well, did you complete your quest objectives? If you did, go turn in the quest to whoever gave it to you.

130 hours in, I am having a very enjoyable time.

I think for that mission, you're supposed to build a recruitment beacon. (Off-hand, I want to say it's under Power > Miscellaneous.) Make sure to attach it to a power source.
