"tcl" disables clipping which in layman's terms means you can fly through things.

So that's your best bet if you can't fast travel.

Stay in the rock then?
Seems daft you want out of a glitch but didn't/don't want to use the easiest options and it's almost suspicious that you're sending a link for people to DL your game and do it themselves.
Whats the difference between me Fast Travelling away and you doing it?

The difference is that is unrealistic like vats i really dont like that, i dont like the harcore mode, but this is a bug so i only want to move a little bit,
sorry no virus on the gamesave only a stuck game, if somebody can explain me how to move a little from a location in console, it will be helpful, no need to download my save if you want.

You're going to have to fast travel, no-clip, or just start an older save. Sorry if it doesn't feel real to you, that's what makes this a game and not life...

Use the tlc command in the console, as Gabriel suggested. Or you can just fast travel.

Alterantively, if you didn't want to do any of this and you are on PC then you could open GECK and delete that rock.
