I'm Stuck on the Diplomatic Immunity Quest;

I've gone through everything I can find, according to the Wiki I'm supposed to find two more soldiers, and a Key on one of them, but I've already killed everybody and cannot get back through either of the Locked doors. (The Only keys I've found are for the Interrogation room)

I've Reloaded just before entering the party, but It didn't help...

Which of the locked doors can't you get through? The main house or the quarters?

I just didn't Talk enough to the Prisoner, duh
