Stuck at the beginning scene with no dialogue : V

After the beginning Skyrim logo and the game starts, you are a prisoner on a wagon with other prisoners and other prisoners interact with you. After a few minutes of travelling to Helgen, you get off the wagon with other prisoners and get to choose the race.

After installing the mod, and having problems deleting it, I deleted the whole Skyrim file and reinstalled it off of steam. After doing that, I deleted all saved files, as I deleted all the mods, but those saved files contained some content of those mods before.

So after that (what happened in my case) all the interaction and dialogue is absent, the same as the getting off the wagon animation. All the prisoners, including my character, are sitting on a wagon and dont move, the same as no one is talking, so the game is just stuck.

Could you please help me with this problem, I REALLY dont know what to do, as I havent seen anyone having that issue.

When you deleted the game, did you also delete the .ini files, Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini, located in the My Documents\My Games\Skyrim folder? These are typically not deleted when uninstalling the game, so if you haven't, delete them yourself so the game creates new default .ini files.

The next step would be to verify local content through Steam.

Possibly when you deleted the game it might not have removed all the files in the Data folder.

Check the Data folder within the Skyrim folder It might look like something like this

C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data
