Im not sure how to finish the quest "institutionalized" i have talked to father, i have talked to all the peoplecit told me too talk too. The quest data says i need to use the network scanner holotape? I have something called the network scanner in my inventory but that doesn't do anything once i open it up. Is there an actual holotape im suppost to find and pick up? I cant use the courser chip to fast travel either it just gives me an error.
