i've got Windows 8 and a new computer, and i've tried alot, but it still won't let me into the game. please help me.

What are the specs for the computer? Post a Dxdiag on this thread http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1122570-how-to-dxdiag/

Are you using any mods? If you are, post a load order as well.
