Hi I started the Throat of the World quest but Wurfgar wont teach me the last shout. All they do is bow down thats it. Please is it a bug? or I need to do something? been stuck for days trying to move on. Ty

What do you mean by "the last shout"? In the quest you named, only Arngeir and Parthuurnax are involved, not Wulfgar, so it's confusing as to what's not happening.

Wulfgar teaches you the last word of Unrelenting Force at the end of "The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller", but only if you brought the horn. Did you get that from Riverwood first?

You mean the Clear Skies Shout? That's the only Shout the Greybeards are supposed to teach you in that quest. The words should be on the ground near the brazier but they can be a bit hard to see if you're TV's/computer's visual settings are a bit off. I had to tweak the contrast on the TV a bit the first time to see it properly. XD

If you're sure the words aren't there, the only thing I can think of is either reloading a save and trying again or giving yourself the words with console commands if you're on PC.
