I've successfully completed the spacewalk, gone through the floaty transporter thing, and rematerialized into the decompression chamber. I turn the atmosphere back on and the outer door opens into the room that has the engineering core transporter, it's switch, the door to the observation chamber, and the two storage containers.

I believe I am supposed to turn the power to the transporter on with the switch.

Nothing happens. It makes the BEEP BEEP noise and then nothing. Clicking on the transporter gives a message about it being powered down. The door to the observation deck says it is locked and requires a key. I can't go back outside of the decompression chamber.

I think I'm glitched somewhere.

Reloading back to the start of the spacewalk has the same results. Tried it four different times including shutting the game off, restarting the game, and reloading to that point.

WTF?
