I am trying to get this stupid achievement and i am stuck 83 happiness.

I am at the red rocket settlement and have got 17 people with 24 food - 27 water - defence 101 - beds 18

I have 10 shops all level 3 and assigned

Any ideas

if you have enough food, water, beds defense then you can achieve 80% happiness

you need 20% from bonus happiness

with 17 population you need an additional 340 bonus happiness

not all shops add to happiness and those that do are not equal

the level 3 bar gives the most (40)

so for your setup you could build 8 level 3 bars (320) and 1 level 3 med stand (30)

this will get you the achievement
