I was experimenting with various increased hit chance mods and I've encountered a little problem: my hit rate seems stuck at 100%.

Mods I was playing around with were Touche! Focused Attacks and Depth Perception. I also have Combat Enhanced on and I HAD Blocking Enhanced on but turned it off. Also running GCD. Specific behavior is like I have a Fortify Attack effect activated for my character that I can't get rid of. Is there any way to check what my current Attack Value is, or use Mash to maybe clean it up?
