im playing this game on my ps3. doin ultimate heist. i pick the lock..go to the left..and chancellor ocato is pacing back and forth. cant go the way i came cuz its locked. cant sneak past him and potions of invis dont work. plz help.

Just run past him and jump down the fireplace.

I wouldn't worry about how high your bounty is when doing that quest. I'd just run past him make sure the Jakbel shoes are on before making the jump. Afterwards if there is a bounty just go to Armand and pay half the bounty.

Attack him until he is unconscious...then book it outta there.
