Okay at the sorrows camp, there's two little places right nearby I can't seem to get too. Are they caves nearby and high up because I can see things that look hard to reach. Or are they further off away from this whole area and I wasted an hour trying to climb the walls. Also if it's the former than how the hell do you get up there? It's driving me nuts.

Go all the way back to the end of the canyon and follow it upwards to get to the higher levels, then jump down to the caves from above, thats the easiest way.
