Every time I levelled up, I would look at the pictures of perks and figured out that u can't take any perks because it says it requires the prev. Level to get it. On the left it shows LV01 LV02 and so on.
So look at the 3rd perk it will say requires the lv2 perk..
Second one says requires Lv1 . At the top of each column are the type..
Like strength, agility. So it seemed as though I had to fill up the type "strength" and then could take the lvl1 perk under that...after u fill it up..the lvl2 strength perk could be activated and so on.
So now I have all the strength filled up and then was going to work on the next n e over "Perception" to fill up those stars, etc
Eventually I could then choose which perk lvl1 I would want first, and could co tinue working my way down or whatever one I wanted to work on (because each perk says it requires the lvl above it first!! (Again, it shows which level each perk is on the left...very nicely showing u so u know that u need the one above before unlocking the next level perk.
Obviously, now I find that this is not the case at all!
So I wasted about 5 stars that I wouldn't have put on strength and about 3 others where I started to work on another special initially to fill it up first before changing my mind and doing strength first to get the Max inventory weight which made the most sense.
So I wasted 8 levels of stars...
My question: should I start all over and redo the first extememly boring and painful 11 hours (9 of which were boring or waiti g for loading or picking up and taking stuff to my storage etc...or just continue on and hope it will still get fun)?
I really don't want to start over....and I really don't want to play where I've basically screwed up my character this early on!
