Not at the very least bit.

The daedric realm = daedric prince. They're not going to let some low life mortal build something on them. In fact, upon entering, the mortal is going to get killed or changed in ways that would prevent such establishments from happening. Plus, it's not like any schmo can walk right into a daedric realm. Various rituals have to be performed, of which requires impressive powers over magicka (high ranking MG, Psijiics, witch covens). The only reason anyone can walk freely though SI, is because Sheogorath made that for the very purpose of getting a champion to fight and become him, or just to drive him insane because Sheogorath was very bored.

It is possible on the account of not being completely impossible, however not very practical and of little use.

If you mean in the sense of humans having guildhalls in Oblivion, no. If you mean in terms of daedra having their own equivilant to guilds, factions, etc, then yes.

Morian Zenas entered all realms although he is supposedly a very powerful mage. As well as "Visitors to this isle have historically come mainly from the Dunmer of eastern Morrowind (as Azura is one of the Dunmeri three Good Daedra) and the catfolk of Elsweyr, whose people both hold a great affection for the mother of immanence, though by separate roads. Morian Zenas also went bat [censored] crazy after it all.

Remember, they're visitors, not residences, and it doesn't give a description of how many people go there, other than those two people go there more than other races. Daedra don't just leave doors wide open for people, even Sheo's door was only there for a champion to serve his needs. They keep the doors to their realms pretty closed, unless they want to invite some people inside, you are that powerful enough to break through the barriers, you are part of a witch coven, or you are a psijiic.

I can just imagine the Mage's Guild sponsoring the Imperial colonization of Moonshadow. Azura, the w*tch queen, would have choice words and actions for those with the gall to actually do it.

Do you make a convience store in the heart of the enemies camp? Doing something like this would be stupid and probably suicidal

Ok bad example, but still you get the idea, you don't go to complete strangers or a kingdom which hasn't allowed a person of your realm to enter for a long time, you just couldn't, political relations have to be set up first if you want to start going into details

Some of the Daedra would love the idea of people making guilds in their realms, such as Molag Bal, Mephala, Nocturnal, and Vaermina. It would be a bit like the http://www.historic-uk.com/HistoryUK/Scotland-History/DarienScheme.htm, only it would be a bit harder to advertise.

Even the good Daedra, or the Daedra who make a conscious effort not to appear as fanatics, such as Azura and Meridia, wouldn't want it. The former might if there was something to gain, unless Vivec was also invited...

I doubt the Lesser Daedra would have guild halls. Everything in the literature and in-game indicates/states that lesser daedra group together based on clan loyalties, rather than guild-style organizations.

And moonshadow may not be open depending on what you consider cannon.

I actually have another quick question do daedric princes know EVERYTHING that goes on in the realm? For example someone in Moonshadow starts to worship a different prince?

Well, the realm of the prince IS the prince. If someone starts worshiping someone else in Moonshadow, I think Azura will be really pissed and would know about it. However, that assumes Azura lets someone who she later believes will betray her. Remember, going into a daedric realm is a very rare occurrence, despite what OB makes one thing. But OB was a special case, because the barriers between Mundus and Oblivion were pretty shaky and blurry.

Yes you could, BUT it wouldn't work well in many many cases.
For once, if the Daedric prince would find out something you did towards him/her he/she would kick you out/destroy you for it... probably.

Last question most likely... What guards would Azura have in Moonshadow if any? I don't think golden saints or Dark Seducers or Winged Twilights as I think it says they're a messenger?

A legion of blinded (literally, you lose half your sight upon entering her realm) fools who have served her since the dawn of Mundus

Many daedra seem to follow the rank or clan system, my guess is that there would be seducers or saints or twilights, but they would have different jobs, e,g, for your question guarding

Azura is probably one of the most powerful Daedra (she is at least one of the most relevant to the people of Nirn). So she probably has many Daedric allies - such as Boethiah and Mephala, unless they were helping the Chimer for their own advantage, which isn't likely. The Daedra change their allegiances, so she could have a lot of Daedra there.

I think that she probably has far more people than Daedra there, though - she was a Chimeri goddess, and we know that at least one of her most famous worshippers was in her realm for thousands of years. Her realm is probably like the Shivering Isles, with people as most of the inhabitants and her Daedra as guards.
