Two problems: the faces in Oblivion look so hideous..I need them changed, and preferably just the faces.. and randomly on my beast of a rig, I'll be getting a flawless FPS and then BAM LAG FOR TEN SECONDS and then flawless again..random stuttering is really killing my enjoyment..

Any solutions for one, or both, of these problems?

What do you mean extensive?

I guess I might know what you mean now; there are so many freaking files to DL, I don't even have a clue what to DL at all. i hate it when the files are like that.
