I just got this game today and have noticed a really bad stuttering problem online. It stutters when I run, turn, shoot, or really do anything. I thought it might be my connection but in my last match my ping was 71. I thought it might be the graphics but its still there even after setting everything to the lowest settings.

I'm running this on my roommates computer so I don't really know his specific specs (I'll ask if you need them). It's not a new computer but it can run Crysis 2 with almost no problem so I figured it could run 3, but I don't know, something's wrong.

Is it my rig or is this a widespread problem with this game, even on good setups? I'll be really bummed if I paid $30 for a game I can't really enjoy.

PS There really isn't much stuttering in single-player, even with the settings at medium.

If it stutters more in MP than in SP, even at the lowest settings, I'd suspect of a weak CPU. Could you ask your friend about the specs of the PC?

crysis 2 and 3 suffer from stuttering problems but they shouldnt be as bad as you describe.

i only suffer from stuttering on a few maps, museum and williamsburg.

your pc specs would be nice, make sure your drivers are up to date.
