Since I play in First Person I only care about DT and Weight.

If I could get my hands on some of the clothes that the gamblers wear, then I might pimp it up for the wasteland.

Definately style, i'm going through a phase of only using my 9mm pistol as it looks awesome with my businesswear

For my male character I go for stats > style, but style is still a factor.

The female one...well I always wonder if it makes her bum look big...then wonder if it will help her stay alive :)

I switch between third and first person. I usually just wear the Roving Trader Outfit. Taking both ranks of Toughness and a quick visit to a certain medical clinic helps out with the DT.

Right now - productivity sorta.

Next time through though - I'm going for style. Also plan to cheat so I don't have to worry about bullets or DT :D

I usually find that the stuff that protects you well is also pretty cool looking.

Early game I used Merc Troublemaker and Pre-War Hat. I'm more concerned with staying in character than effectiveness. Character relies heavily on Sneak Criticals and Stealth so... don't need high stats because don't often give anything the chance to hit me! Now using:

- 1st Recon Beret
- NCR Face Wrap Armour
- Authority Glasses

Safe to say which faction I picked to back, and I've passed on higher stat NCR armours because I just like the look of the above combination. I'm so anol I even have the shades hotkeyed, so I can take them off when night falls.

- Gripe about hotkeyed weapons while I'm here: Anyone else find it annoying that you gotta reassign your loadout EVERYTIME you leave a casino and get your weapons back?

Style, definitely. In the Wasteland I wear the Ranger Vest Outfit with Sunglasses and some sort of Revolver or 9mm pistol, and Raul wears his Vaquero Outfit and .44 Magnum. In Vegas, I wear the Grimy Pre-War Business Ware, Sunglasses and Benny's Maria 9mm pistol ;)

I always try to wear regulator duster/hats because I like the Clint Eastwood look. It's gotten me killed though, power armor is probably a better option in terms of actual usefulness.

I'm all about style. I've been wearing leather armor the whole game because it's what I prefer. I'll probably continue to do so 'til the end.

Enclave power armor or t-51b all the way baby... or van der graff combat armor rebreather and desperado cow boy hat. the rebreather and authority glasses are often switched out.

Style my man!

I only worry about armour ratings when I know I'll be heading into heavy combat and even thats more for RP'ing then anything else.

I keep some threads for trading in town, some threads for prospecting and exporation, and some threads for heavy combat.

Style. Always feel the need to wear stuff which would make sense - e.g. power armor only gets worn if there's a very big battle coming up.

effectivenessx10... i don't give a [censored] about style...

And every once in a while style comes with effectiveness... it's not like i got out of my way to look like a bag of [censored]... but if looking like a bag of [censored] doesn't get me killed i'll stick with that.

There are some stylish productive outfits, especially with the 4 eyes trait.

1st Recon Beret +1 Per
Authority glasses +2 Per
Desert Ranger Armour? 20+DT

I usually try to do both although I hate how the Combat Reinforced Armor Mark II looks.

With Reinforced Leather, 1st Recon Beret, and Authority Glasses I can do both B)

*ignores the ugly set of Recon armor in backpack on ED-E*

Yep... this is the best outfit I can use.

STYLE. I murdered all the Boomers while wearing Benny's Suit, I pretty much just give my companions heavy armor and I'll either wear a Merc outfit or Benny's Suit. If I'm going to take over New Vegas, I want to look good while I'm doing it :celebration:

I only wear any type of armor if something big is coming up. e.g., Deathclaw Hunting :)

A mix of both. I like to wear reinforced leather armor, bandana, and some sunglasses. Or a slave scarf instead of a bandana if I can find it.
