Sub-game DLC release?

Post » Thu Dec 31, 2009 1:54 am

Sometimes, when there are plot holes that the game just can't fill not even from previous games, the developers may decide to release extra missions to compensate for the confusion people are sometimes left with, and usually, you don't play as the character from the main story.

Do you think this will happen with Crysis 2? There is an opportunity.

It would be cool. As much as I like new MP maps, it's always nice when a dev relases additional SP content as well with their DLC.

Usually, though, these types of DLC are very expensive. Not like the cost of a while game, but somewhere around 1200-4000 MS points. People are just hoping it will be worth it, and it took some time before I convinced myself Crysis 2 was not a waste of money. I just LOVE the campaign.

Not Gould, but maybe Chino, Lockhart, you know, the more important "military trained" characters. I doubt either of them, but then again, there probably isn't going to be a DLC, the story doesn't really have that many holes to fill.

LOL, my previous post was a joke.

Anyways, I haven't played the original Crysis so maybe a story backdrop would be great.

I've got an idea, we could play Hargreave in his 'pod'.
Bahahahaahahahahah!!!

BTW, anything over 2000 MS points and I'm probably not going to buy it. I don't even need to learn the story that bad.

Yeah, finding out what Prophet was doing between 2020 and 2023 would be pretty cool.

And, your idea about Hargreave at Tunguska is awesome, if he was wearing a nanosuit back then.

But I want to play him while he slept in his "pod"...
