Hello everyone,
I need a method to create fake Actor Values.
The main points would be:
-to distribute them to Actors like AVs are, varying amounts of them
-use them in Perks (use them like AVs are used)
-use them in Papyrus (use them in calculations)

I already know about the method of creating factions with various ranks.
If somebody can think about a clever method, please let me know it.
