Will we be able to turn on subtittles, (captions) in the game? I hope so because I can't hear what the NPCs are saying without them.

Almost definitely, no excuse not to. I put subtitles on in every game

You could in previous Fallout games. I don't see why subtitles would be removed this time around. Todd most likely disabled them so we could focus on the gaming world and what was going on.

I'm sure Bethesda will, don't see why they'd stop doing it now.

I think there will be a feature to subtitles since a lot of players might have problems with hearing or just like to have the feature of subtitles. I always play with subtitles since I prefer using them.

Disabling subtitles would be a huge own goal even for Bethesda, I don't see why would they go against the grain this time. Don't worry, the odds are most certainly on your side.

I'm almost 70% completely deaf, so subtitles are a must for me if I want to have any hopes of understanding what's going on.
