Which version of Skyrim? (PC or Console)

In My Modded Skyrim, this was caused by hitting the 3.1 Gb Memory Cap for the Game.

SKSE with ini file edits will help, and ENB can remove V-Ram from counting against the 3.1 Gb limit.

Either you have to many mods ot to many game saves. Do a hard restart on the console to clear the cache. Hold the xbox button until the console shuts off. After a minute or two restart the console to get the green screen. This will clear your cache. If it is still there, then you have a corrupted character or something.

I am not able to view pictures from that site.

Since you are using mods on the Xbox One it would help to know what mods you are using and the load order.

Maybe a mod you are using had issues with the port and the textures did not come out correctly
