Regedit has its risk. Increasing TdrDelay just giving Windows more time before it reset your graphic card. Probably something causes your GPU to be unresponsive but it does recover but not within the reset time.

Glad you fixed your prolem. Even is we couldn't solve your problem, as it seems it was a nasty one.
