So I got to the part where you scan the wreckage, then gould says to get out of there. I go to jump through the little window but I can't! I see a little circle with a slash through it, then after that my guns are gone. Like the gun models are not showing and hitting the mouse wheel does nothing.

I watched a walkthrough, and they just jump out the window, so I dunno what's wrong. I tried restarting the mission but it didn't change anything.

This is a digital copy just bought from Amazon. It has the latest patch and has the DX11 patch and high resolution textures, if that matters.
