Directly after building a Bashed Patch for my load order, I loaded up my game and immediately noticed that something about the game sound sounded off to me. Then I headed outside and immediately noticed these noisy, annoying wind sounds. I don't know where they came from, but they're seriously irritating me.

Edit: It's probably also worth mentioning that I occasionally hear the sound of a buzzing fly.

Edit2: I removed my bashed patch and everything is back to normal. I guess I built the patch wrong?
