Sudden urges of excitement for Skyrim

Post » Wed Oct 05, 2011 1:22 pm

Ok so yesterday I was in the back of the store I work at cutting open some boxes when all of a sudden... I thought of Skyrim... I then start thinking of all the things I will be able to do and then start hacking, slashing and stabbing the boxes around me. I realized what I did and quickly took all the boxes out back and threw them away lol.

So does anyone else have sudden bursts of excitement for Skyrim?

Of course! although that excitement sometimes goes away because there still is no ps3 footage, but still when I'm playing Oblivion I just keep thinking "Skyrim is going to be sooo freaking awesome" oh yea and I sometimes dream that I'm playing it :P

When they release PS3 and PC footage i'll probably stab some poor boxes in the back room as well with excitement.

When I get a urge, I go to YouTube, load the HD 20 minuet demo, put it in full screen, and pretend I am playing

Random? No.

I get very excited only when I see new screenshots or gameplay.

I would still be playing Oblivion, but close to the very end my game glitches and freezes up. That's why I only have 48/50 achievements. It wont let me do the final stuff.

I haven't had an urge of excitement in a long time. Probably won't get one before there is only a few days left. :sadvaultboy:

I'll be happy with http://skyrim2011.info/ no longer is of any interest to me.

I check the forums all the time for info. Probably the best is when a new article comes out, then my excitement peaks.

Yeah okay... remind me not to stand close to you when you have a knife in your hand... especially when there is stimulus around to remind you of Skyrim.

:D I understand the feeling though, I memorized the whole 'Sons of Skyrim' song and I tend to practice it when there are no people around to freak out by chanting in a deep voice in a language that doesn't exist.

When the game was announced last November, I was screaming like a schoolgirl because I had been google searching "The Elder Scrolls V" pretty much every day for almost a year before, I loved Oblivion so much I have put over 1000 hours of my life into it. Now that I know a lot about it my hype has died down a bit but I still can't wait for 11.11.11 to get here!
