So I've just finished Old World Blues so going around seeing if I can find anymore quests to tie me over until Lonesome Road and after going to the Cimson Caravan they just randomly started shooting at me! I really don't know why this has happened. I wanted to see if the same was happening with other factions so I went to Camp Fortlorn Hope and, again, everyone started shooting at me.

The only thing I have done recently is completed Old World Blues and, for items and other bonuses, looted and killed everyone at The Fort inc. Caesar.

What exactly has happened here, can I fix it?

*Edit* I've even gone to Sloan and people have started attacking me! Even Snuffles... I fixed that things f'ing leg and all.

What is your status showing on your Pipboy? There are bugs associated with the latest patch, thus resetting your reputation with all of the factions. This is usually reset to neutral rather than vilified. Try equipping and unequipping any faction armor. Doing this will return you rep to what it should be.

Are you wearing any type of faction armor? Did you kill Alice McLafferty via Cass's quest?

If they hate you (for whatever reason) go grab a pair of NCR engineer outfit from the closet at Hoover Dam's visitor area.

Thing is they don't even appear on my Pip-Boy. :\ I'll try equipping/unequipping faction armour. Thanks!

I've been wearing armour from the Honest Hearts DLC! Nope, didn't kill her. She wanted to kill me though! Not even spoken to Cass on this play through yet. :\

Now that I've equipped and unequipped NCR amour it's saying "Idolized" however I'm still getting shot at when I go to Camp Fortlorn Hope, AGRH. :\
