Hi. I am on IOS 9.2. I have installed the most recent update available for the game. Yesterday I reached the maximum 200 dwellers in Fallout Shelter. When I stopped for the night, no one was dead, no one was out in the wasteland, all food, water and power were at top levels. This morning when I loaded the game I suddenly only had 184 dwellers. I thought it might be a glitch so later when I still had only 184 dwellers, I closed down the app entirely and completely shut down my phone. When I got everything back up and running again, I only had 178 dwellers! Am I missing something? Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Wait, I might have figured something out?

I have been spending most of my time building up the SPECIAL characteristics for each dweller. I just noticed a couple of those rooms are empty now when they were full before. If I leave a dweller in one of those rooms at Max Level for too long will they go away from the game entirely?
