ok i was fighting a greater bonewalker and when i killed it my the amount of weight i could carry went down to 99 and my strength is in the red no matter how long i wait it wont go back i thought it was a spell so is this a glitch? or have i got a disease or something like that i just need to get it back to normal

Bonewalkers can damage your strength. To get it back up, you need a Restore Strength potion/spell or a shrine with Almsivi Restoration.

If you got some ingredients, you can also eat those with Restore Strength as a first effect.
