Any background story for how the player gets the amulet? Who made it? Did it have an original purpose?

Its part of the Hyborian dungeon , No idea whats the stody behind , its from the Conan movie , it was weared by the Set priests of the Cult of Doom , so perhaps might grant some special abilities for religious effect ... perhaps speechcraft ... but that didn't help much Conan when trying to disguise with that item as a Doom priest .... so not sure .
