Suggest an overhaul mod!

Hey guys, I'm wondering if there are any more overhaul mods that make sweeping changes to the game in general. I've played and enjoyed OOO, and am going to give ROM Revised a shot. Are there any other large-scale overhaul mods out there? If not, what are your favorite stealth, combat, weapon/armor, magic, and NPC AI mods? I'd love to try 'em out. I would like to avoid OOO/FCOM since I've already played it, just wanted to check out what else is out there.

What KIND of overhaul? There are scaling, leveling, magic, combat, immersion, stealth, character, race, etc. OOO is a scaling overhaul. If that is all you want, take a look at the 'http://www.gamesas.com/topic/820948-scaling-overhaul-comparison/' thread. There are advocates for every overhaul out there, but what you should do is look for the features that most appeal to you. For that, a comparison thread is hard to beat.

Awesome, thanks! I suppose that's what I would be looking for, general re-scaling and such. Thanks for the link, it's perfect.

There are many. I suggest giving TIE a try, if you have not already done so.

There is Maskar's too. And Brasher's. Also John's... It all depends what exactly it is that you are looking for.

For example, Sneaking Detection Recalibrated is *the* deluxe stealth overhaul, as it were. Although, you can in fact have certain other stealth-related mods work just fine alongside it, as well.

It is most helpful to focus on the changes you desire, then ask/seek for the best mods to suit.

Well, I was considering OOO Lite and ROM, but I'm hesitant because I'm not really all that wild on added items. I liked the idea of TIE but the fact that it implies it's intended for stealthy types makes me question whether or not it would be unreasonably difficult or awkward to level a pure mage or a warrior kind of character.

Basically what I'm looking for is scaling on darn near most of the game from some balancing of magic, stealth, and combat in general to leveled lists and NPC AI. I've been using a lot of separate mods to manage this, including stealth overhaul, Reneer's Guard Overhaul, a couple actors use torches mods, MOBS, and was hoping I could maybe consolidate it to one or two larger mods that handle most of it with fewer plugins and hopefully a little more efficiently.

I figure what I want will probably be a series of mods, but I thought I would take the opportunity to test out another overhaul since I'm in the market anyway. I might give TIE another look, I really want to try it out I'm just wondering if it doesn't feel right for non-stealthy characters. It's such a small download for such a huge gain though I guess I have nothing to lose lol.
