Suggest a safe combo of mods adding creatures and spawnings

Hi all,

finally, after a tenth runnings, I resolved to finish the main quest, using a full STEP Extreme installation and adding immersive creatures/armors/weapons, SkyTEST, SkyRE and a few more small mods (I suggest you to use Dynamic Torches). Probably I messed too much with configs, because at lv.50 I was some sort of a semi-god and at lv.83 I shot down Alduin with a few orcish arrows. I've never used any enchanted weapon/cuirass/item... I'll try to fix this myself.

Now I'm relaxing re-installing the game following the "STEP 2.2.8 CORE" Guide, but I would like to have more creatures (last config was quite good at this, though), possibly more NPCs doing whatever they want around the lands, but more, more, MORE spawnings (spawning points, frequency and diversity).

As I noticed, mods like that are often incompatible with each-other, so could you please suggest a "safe" combination of mods to achieve my goal ?

Skyrim Immersive Creatures, Random Encounters and High Level Enemies work well together.

I can second Arkngt's suggestion to use SIC and Random Encounters. I use the two together in nearly every game I play, no matter what type of character or what I plan to do.

Next, depending on the character, I may also add High Level Enemies and/or Organized Bandits.

Next after that (on those rare occasions I play the main quest) I'll use Deadly Dragons.
