As in thread title.

In view of current events (the trophy/achievments list) I think it would be a good idea to add the "Cheats, Hints and Spoilers" section to the F4 forum, as with the previous titles.

As we approach release date, the probability of further spoilers will only increase.

I mean there are people who don't mind. I don't see why this would be an issue.

I would move the word "spoilers" first in the title. Otherwise peole won't stop posting spoilers in general section, seen it bazillion times before.

I'm for enforcing people to put spoiler in a thread title first, and also having people put spoiler warnings in a comment if it's in a thread that isn't tagged as spoiler.

that forum will go live once the game is released, exactly like skyrim and it was worse with skyrim due to the fact that game was leaked on 360 and ps3 2 weeks early for those that had modded their consoles and thern a week before launch the game was breaking the street date all over the world

It leaked a week and a couple days early on the 360 and like a day or less early on the pc, but I can't find a single shred of info on it leaking early on the PS3...probably because it didn't. Funny thing though, Bethesda complains about how the pirates are pc players but their game leaked much earlier on consoles. But if the same happens for Fallout 4, that's one more reason to stay off forums and anywhere else the info might leak to.

Also, I'm pretty certain that the achievements have leaked due to someone getting the info from their downloaded game data on the 360 since players can pre-download it.

Games will get their own subforums as we get closer to the release date. We're not sure what the time-table is with the new forum, so it's kind of up in the air whether this forum will see it or the new forum at bethesda.net - but this is pretty standard.

Unfortunately, it's my experience that the existence of a "spoilers" forum doesn't always cut down that much on spoilers in the main forum. The sort of person that won't bother with spoiler tags or looking to see if there's already an existing thread is also the sort of person that won't post their thread in a spoiler forum. So even with sub-forums, it tends to be common for a lot of threads like that to pop up - we'll try to respond to those as quick as we can, but the reality is that it's going to happen one way or another.

So a cheats question. Since a new engine was used to create fallout 4, will it have the same kind of cheats.. Like the player.additem commands and so forth, or is that not based of the engine anyway?

We don't know any of that for sure. My guess is it's very likely a lot of the console commands will remain the same. As always, you can likely just bring up the console and type "help" for a full list of commands in-game.

It'll come out once we get closer to the deadline, but sooner would be better than later. I apparently annoyed some people with a thread about the achievements list. I thought it was fairly clear what the topic was, but there ended up being some confusion anyway. That and apparently somebody had made a topic on it a few hours before that I somehow missed.
