Suggestion: Dragon-specific difficulty slider

I'm sure someone may have mentioned this at some point or another, but as far as i'm aware, an actual topic about such a feature hasn't been started yet. I apologise if it has but I don't have time to check in every single topic titled "Dragons".

Anyway, I've been thinking about the following quote which has been floating around for a while now:

“One of our designers actually put in a random event I encountered, where I ended up being chased by three dragons and I thought, ‘who the hell did this?’ I felt like Frodo in Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and was really frightened. So I asked him to remove it.

I'm sure a lot of people like myself read this and thought: WHY!? ... It sounds amazing to me. I want to fear dragons, and until i'm a fairly high level I actually want it to be incredibly difficult, if not impossible, for me to kill them. Instead I want to use evasive tactics to survive early on in the game until i'm powerful enough that killing them is a viable option.

At the same time, I can kind've understand why they toned it down - some people wouldn't like it and would complain.

It's clear that the development team are able to adjust the aggressiveness, behaviour and difficulty of dragons fairly easily, so why not allow the players to do the same to some extent by including a dragon-specific slider or something that determines difficulty, aggressiveness, etc? Sure, the regular difficulty options may increase/decrease the damage and health of dragons, but it would be cool to have something separate and specific. After all, someone may want the overall difficulty of the game to be easy, but for dragons to be really difficult. Or they may want the game to be very difficult overall, but for dragons to be fairly tame.

It is a good idea, but I don't think it will be included though. I am sure that there will be numerous mods which will tweak dragons in what ever way you want however.
