I really wish there was a menu so I can see what my dwellers are equipped with, then I can upgrade their outfits/weapons without having to go through the 100+ dwellers in my vault one by one.

I haven't seen anyone else mention this, so maybe it's already there and I just haven't found it? I really hope so, going through 70 people just to exchange a BB gun for a hunting rifle is annoying.
