Suggestion for the developers: Ninja perk requirement change

I want to build a character focused on Unarmed. The Ninja perk seems amazing for me. But the 80 melee skill requirement is really hard to get when I also have to have 90 unarmed for slayer. If you have something that affects both Melee and Unarmed attacks wouldn't it be wise to make the requirement read "Sneak 80, Melee skill 80 -or- Unarmed skill 80"? The same can be said of Unstoppable force. It should read "ST 7, Melee Weapons 90 -or- Unarmed 90". I mean... Run 'n Gun does it with the "Guns 45 or Energy Weapons 45" requirement. Consistency much?

Speaking of Unstoppable force... 90 melee weapon skill at level 12? That seems a little steep.

I'll even state the obvious that the reverse should be true. I think Slayer should say Melee 90 or Unarmed 90. If you're worried it will be too powerful perhaps patch it (or in the next fallout if you refuse to listen to me now) make it to where It only affects melee if you have a melee skill of 90, and only affects unarmed if you have the unarmed at 90.
