I've noticed that none of my suit modules are advancing in tier numbers. For example, at level 12 I unlocked rapid fire and equipped it. Now I'm at level 24, and I'm still on tier 1 with 0 of 200 kills to upgrade to the next tier (although I've received achievements stating I've had over 200 kills with x weapon). Is there any way to get this working properly?

Stupid question, but was rapid fire equiped to one of your loadouts and did you choose that loadout?
On the other hand, were you playing on ranked server?

Rapid fire was equipped the whole time, and I've been playing only ranked servers. Everything else is advancing (char level, weapon unlocks, etc.), just not the module tiers.

Well, Rapid Fire is an easy to level module, so you should have some progress with it.
Check your crysis3s and operative status in the multiplayer menu to see if you got any progress on them there, maybe only the game is showing false data to you, but it is counting upwards in the "background".

Oddly enough, rapid fire and point fire enhance are the only ones that are not gaining any experience points. both show 0 time equipped, 0 kills. auto armor, armor enhance, and the others are increasing as expected. is it possible that the server i'm playing on does not add these stats? i play primarily on one server (the only one around me that's under 100 ping and has players on it), but i have strayed into other servers in the past - so i'm expecting at least a little progress.
