Wasn't there like, a forum rule about not asking people to entirely make your mod idea for you without any sort of progress or screenshots?

I seem to recall there was, though it might have been on the old PlanetElderScrolls forum. Might have just been a "don't do this" etiquette thing too.

Can I help make you mod? First, I need general computer programming skills, and then you can teach me how to design mods in the construction kit. Deal?
