After summoning thousands dremoras through exploring iv reached a place where suddendly ive got twice a dremora lord with no helmet, face uncovered, like a forest elf with horns.

As those has been in the same place i guess there is something with that place related with that lord dremora life maybe.

Other chance being a glitch. Which i find weird after thousands summonings.
