are summons going to be timed or permanent for example if i summon a winged twilight will it stay out till it gets killed or dismissed or will it only last for like 2 minutes if anyone knows please tell me thanks for the help

Summons are not time restricted. They can be killed or if you quick travel they will despawn. I'll try and locate the source, but this has already been confirmed.
