Power Armor is more like a vehicle, so it needs an operator to move.

Do you mean like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fjNSUWX7nQ
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CH4RJe-YjuU

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDJp8s70Jw4: These people are clearly not controlling the legs; though they do seem to be controlling the balance.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ceMnoFsxw8: This not an exo-suit, but is an example of autonomous walking ~today.

*Consider an advlt size version of the robot, that is designed with an interior cavity for an operator in mind.

Of course; just as we all know that the Fallout series is set post 2077.

(Or most of us anyway. I've seen some game reviewers that actually thought FO3 was set in the 1950's.)

Yup wait a few minutes for a qte then not being able to do so inside a building then die while waiting for the crap to drop from the sky then watch the vertibird crash and destroy your customized armor.
Just reminds me of the annoying kill cam

Never really used that perk but why would dogmeat be delivered via oribital insertion?

How do they get up there?

*As for how... [rule of cool]

(Or it could be pre-war satellites with a few hundred ready to drop anywhere on the battlefield.)

Did you take it seriously ~as a suggestion?

*Take it as a "with our luck, this will happen. :( "; because majority might think it cool, and their convenience rules the day.

That sounds like a mod to me... :chaos: One that packs the armor into a baseball sized box that fits in one's pocket.

When I read the OP title for the first time, dirty thoughts entered my mind! 馃槺

In all seriousness though, no. It would be a bad idea and throw all kinds of lore/logic out of the window. Why else would you need people to man them, if they can be automated?

Because they lack human judgement and need a human inside to access all systems?

No, for a whole host of reasons but primarily because the next step would have it fighting along side you.
