Hi everyone,

Over the past few weeks we've been investigating the issues surrounding missing unlocks, what causes them but more importantly, how to fix them. So, as a result, every Sunday night we're going to be running maintenance on all PC accounts which will check the accounts to ensure they're all in sync and up to date. This includes dogtags, weapon unlock tokens, perk unlock tokens, attachment unlock tokens and skill assessment unlocks.

So, please check your account on Monday (or Tuesday, depending on timezone differences) to see if you've been awarded any missing unlock tokens that you should be entitled to. Let us know if you received any unlocks or if you didn't receive any that you may have been expecting.

2 mistery dog tags unlocks - missing from my level 50. I hope this will appear.
Anything about the 23 module? Or the Born Again dog tag?

HY CRY ADAM WELL THANKS FOR THAT BUT I HAVE ONE QUESTION WHAT ABOUT THE MISSING DOG TAGS I REBOOT MY SUIT IN MP AND I GET THE DOG TAG BORN AGAIN OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND LATER THE DOG TAG IS GONE I WAS SO PISS BUT WHAT I CAN DO YOU NOW ITS NOT EASY MAKE ALL THE EFFORT TO FINISH THE GAME AND START AGAIN BUT I AM IN THE FIGHT AND ALMOST I FINISH MY SECOND TIME I AM LEVEL 43 SECON ROUND ONE MORE THING ABOUT THE DOG TAGS LOCKED I HAVE ONE I CAN UNLOCK.
THANKS I HOPE THIS CAN RESULT IN A BETTER SERVICE MAIBE IN THE WAY YOU CAN CHECK ABOUT THE HACKERS NAME AND BANE THIS ASHOLES TRY TO REPAIR THE RECORDS IN MP FOR THIS PEOPLE HAVE PLAYED 3MINS AND THEY HAVE 1,000,000 DEATHS PLS THANKS

Unfortunately this is a technical impossibility for consoles at the moment.

This is actually a bug, as to why it's not being rewarded. It's being investigated but it's not related to missing unlocks.

This fix is for any missing unlock tokens. It's not for any missing items, it's for the tokens that you use to unlock them.

What about Missing weapon unlocks and stuff. I have 2 missing weapon unlocks.

Is any player downtime expected?

Referring to "in sync", any luck on tying DLC and LE content to CD key so that more than one person in the house can have their own MP mycrisis account and still access the family's paid content?
