Sunset Sarsaparilla Botteling plant KEY

On the second floor of the S.S bottling plant, there is a hole in the floor that leads to the bottom floor. there is a locked door down there, but it needs a key. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE THAT KEY TO THAT DOOR IS???? I have been looking everywhere in the plant for it and I have yet to find it. Please if you know where that key to the door is get back to me!

is that after i give him the 50 star caps.... it's locked right now, but I haven't given him the caps yet.
